HTC-(quality brilliant) has set a point in budget android phones.I am talking about HTC EXPLORER PICO.An entry level android phone which has android 2.3.5 with htc sense ui 3.5.IT HAS  3.2 INCH capacitive touchscreen with 320*480 pixel.it also has a 3.1 mp rear fix focoused rear camera,600 mhz proccesor,a dedicated gpu and ram of 512mb.It has great touch response,i prsonally used it .the resolution is not breathtaking but very nice to a budget android phone.Almost all apps android apps run in this phone.the sound quality is nice.the video quality is not that good.Hence the phone is better then samsung galaxy pop.galaxy y,and ace as well.it costs around 8500.you get this phone in more less price in online shopping websites.for live demo watch my video
